Today, I want to talk to someone who has been having self doubt, it’s okay to feel lost, worn out, tired confused and worried. These feelings are all normal but again self doubt should not ruin your life and don’t allow it to you can over come it. Many a times, you may focus on what’s not working and you forget what has been working; like you being in good, having a support system, having a breath of fresh air, having your body faculties functioning well and health and then why do we get inclined into negativity and self doubt.
It is our human nature to crave for survival rather than abundance, to complain rather than appreciate, to doubt rather than believe, to fear rather than try, to dwell on negativity rather than positive because our brains are wired for survival and not abundance and that’s why no matter how many good things someone does, people will always dwell on that bad thing they did that one mistake that no matter how many good things are going on well you are dwelling on that one mistake that happened years and still haunting you.
Refuse to be haunted, Count your blessings face your fears, believe you can and you will. See that one mistake at just that mistake, you may never forget but you may choose not to dwell on it, you can choose not to be defined by it. You are more than that. Surround yourself with positivity and good vibes and positive people and you will be amazed how negativity slowly leaves you. Never doubt rather believe.
