2. Set boundaries: Clearly communicate your expectations and limits to your partner. Let them know what behaviors are unacceptable and what consequences may follow if they cross those boundaries.
3. Practice self-care: Take care of your own well-being by engaging in activities that make you happy and reduce stress. This can include exercise, spending time with loved ones, practicing mindfulness, or pursuing hobbies that bring you joy.
