Dealing with secrets in a relationship?

I have a lot of people say, she is keeping a lot of secrets from me or he is keeping a lot of secrets from me. Secrets makes people feel betrayed and lied to and trust is one thing that takes years to build but one lie, secret or betrayal to break as in seconds and you are back to square one or even negative if there is something like that. Some secrets are better kept hidden and if there is a way they will find out it’s wise you be the person to tell him or her. Openness and honesty and communication is what build relationships. But if the foundation is not Stable and a stable foundation start with God. Before we cry too much why so many things are a miss to God we ought start with Him.

Back to secrets when the foundation is right we ought be open to our partners and am not saying you spill the beans on the first dates, make it gradual and not a shock so as not to overwhelm the other person. It could be a dark past it’s good coming from you than you partner hearing from other people. We all have things that are kept hidden and if someone is to Love you let them do it from a point of I love all of you and not a segment or a part in your life. Someone once said ” True love is loving the different versions of the same person.” Someone who truly loves you is the person you can be vulnerable to and if they only love a part then I think they will dread you after finding out the truth.

1 Corinthians 13:7-8
[7]Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].
[8]Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth].

It is God who can teach us how to love let learn from Him.
