My five favorite fruits are Mangoes, avocado, banana, pineapple and grape. These fruits are best experienced in season when someone can have a taste of different varieties of the same fruits and enjoy it nutritional value. They can be can be consumed in different ways, mango for instance can be pureed, made as smooth to refresh your day, made as a fruit tart or even salad. Enjoy the originality of different fruits by consuming them at the right season.
When they are taken out of season there is a high probability of eating fruits which have lost most of it nutritional value through GMOs. For instance have ever eaten a pineapple that has lost its sour, juicy taste, come to think of it and the original taste of pineapples.
